Checked out their Jaya One branch. Aptly named "The Morning After", as I believe their chef must've been suffering from a big hangover from the night before.

Took forever to serve my Salted Caramel Macchiato, and forever and ever to dish out my "After The Rain" – a platter of sauteed mushrooms, rocket, grated parmesan, toasted wholemeal and a pair of sunny side-ups.

The presentation is nice, especially with the spiderweb sauce which matches my coffee's theme. The sauteed mushroom is good, but the eggs are so overcooked they are hard and dry inside.

The manager did politely apologize for the extremely long delay (he smartly did so pre-emptively before I could complain), although the place was only half full at the time.

Overall, good ambiance and presentation but unsatisfactory service and food quality. Or maybe I just happened to drop by on the chef's bad morning after.
