Description
It's a healthy Banana Cocounut smoothie to start the day created by Charles S.

Secret Ingredients
  • 1 x Frozen peeled banana.
  • Teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
  • 1 x Coconut Water with flesh.
  • One cup of rolled oats.
Directions
  1. Preparation
  2. 1. Stick a banana into the freezer. And use when preparing.
  3. 2. Take the banana and place into blender.
  4. 3. Pour the rolled oats.
  5. 4. Pour the coconut water.
  6. 5. Add the teaspoon of cinnamon.
  7. 6. Blend all the ingredients at normal speed for 3 minutes.
  8. 7. Once texture looks good, put at high speed for 30 seconds.
  9. 8. Pour into a large glass.
  10. 9. Drink up.
