1/2瓶 黑醋
600克 老姜
200克 黑豆
2公升 水
250克 冰糖
1/2汤匙 盐

做法
1. 洗洁黑豆备用。
1. 老姜洗洁打扁,烧热芝麻油爆香姜块后,把全部材料加人锅中以小火煮2小时即可。
