西湖莼菜汤清甜滑口赞👍 Don't know the name of this veggie in English, it's pronounced as Chún Cài in Mandarin. My first time seeing and eating it. The shape of the leaves are actually like a mini lotus leaves, so it's round, and when it's cooked, the leaves rolled up like in the photo. There's a transparent jelly like coating on the veggie, making the texture of the veggie so smooth!

Although Malaysia doen't have Chún Cài, we already produce plenty of Chǔn Cái politicians hahaha
