This is awesome! It's black bean sauce the Korean way! Mildly sweet and not salty like the Chinese style. It is usually for pregnant ladies so very healthy, from what I hear. :) I love the noodles, lots of sweet succulent onionssss!

Last time the noodles was cold when served . Quite disappointed .
