Sardine Buns made with the sponge technique

Organic unbleached bread flour 50%
Organic unbleached whole wheat bread flour 30%
Organic instant oats 20%
Hydration 160%
Unbleached All purpose flour 50-100%
Coconut Oil 63ml
Salt 1 tsp

Filling:
Spicy vegan sardene in cashew cream
Visalia Onions

This is home made. Use soy fibre cakes(soy fish cakes), vegan mayo, some chestnuts if you'd like haha. Add some chilli sauce for spiciness.
