Coffee Brew Coffee......

Quite a old style coffee from Kyoto i believed but only gained popularity in recent decade especially in Malaysia.

Grounded coffee bean ( Prefer light roast) will be soaked with cold water and place overnight.
*If put in fridge need longer time (24 hours) but shall taste better as the coffee slowly mixed within

Taste of cold brew generally less bitter so i enjoyed it on the rock or you can request milk.
**Noted that the caffeine Level might be higher! :D
