Economy mixed rice saves the day again! Stuffed tofu, sour stewed Chinese mustard, black pepper celery and ‘belacan’ fried beans on brown rice... all for RM7.50. So blessed that I have a cafe so near my home that can offer me a lunch like this. If you have one like this too, feel free to share in a comment below! I’d love to know where they are and the normal price range for a meal... hopefully it would help someone else in search of affordable plant-based food too.
