First meal after a week of gut-rebooting diets... easing myself in with a simple nourishing lentil soup. Whatever was left in the fridge went in, which wasn’t much: a beetroot here, a couple of carrots there. But it’s enough for now. Together with a slice of home-baked whole wheat bread. The last couple of days of the diet was rough, the junk cravings were really strong. I’m glad I pulled through!
