Took foreverrrr to get myself over to @thehungrytapir but I’m glad to finally get on their burger bus!

The Pink Bombshell Burger, featuring a beetroot patty in a beetroot bun, together with homemade melted cheese and BBQ sauce, is an escapade!

A little on the soft side, which is what homemade vegetable-based patties are generally known for, and every bite is a collection of earthy, smoky, well-curated flavours. I love that the side salad used local herbs - hello Ulam Raja!

And that the Sweet Potato Fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, even when they turned cold. A full-on gastronomic assault. Come hungry!
