Down Home Benny, one of the signature waffles. Comes with two poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, sliced avocado and watercress salad. Normal order comes with beef bacon, which I substituted for a THIRD poached egg haha. The savory hollandaise sauce is a perfect match and I scraped (or licked) every last drop of it. The portion is a bit small though considering that it's categorized and priced as a main course.

Looks very feeling and a lot of hollandaise sauce. The eggs are very nicely poached. Very Egg-y waffles.

Very nice indeed.. and you can see how small the waffle is when the eggs look bigger than it hahaha
