Creamy and just nice. But if u want it more rich u can add more Chinese olive leaves. But it would be too oily if add too much.

I love to have this! My mom use to make noodles for me with Chinese olives! You can try Korean Go Ju Cheang Paste, Tom Yam and Miso paste! 😍
