Inspired by Moussandra dish I made this tonight ! Spinach puff. I stir fried spinach with onions , garlic , ginger and add some Zaatar spices and salt. Wrapped them up with mozarella cheese slices and baked them inside my halogen oven. #joeylnycooks #lamaisonjoey
