Secret Ingredients
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons self-rising flour
  • 2 cups medium sharp cheddar , grated
  • 32 ritz crackers , crushed (1 sleeve)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter , melted
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine pineapple, sugar, flour and cheese.
  3. Transfer to an 8-by-8-inch, 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  4. Top with crushed crackers and drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
