Yummy Vege burger. Love the apple quinoa salad that comes with it as well. We also tried the pesto pasta. Lots of flavour and we thoroughly enjoyed both dishes. The staff is brilliant and passionate about their coffee and menu. Eager to share their knowledge about the differen types of coffee to an amateur like me. Looking forward to trying their Dutch cold drop coffee one of these mornings.
I tried the Nasi Lemak. The meal tastes VERY healthy! If you are expecting a typical nasi lemak you can buy from a street stall, you may feel a little shortchanged. But this cafe makes very clear, even from the vibes as you enter, that it is not going to serve you salty, fat-laden food! The Nasi Lemak, with its potato tempeh curry, still delivered a lot of natural flavours and was a good filling dish.
Saw photos of many people trying the burger and i just had to give it a try. Oh so yummy! My friend had the pesto pasta and gave it a thumbs up too. Look forward to trying the other dishes next time.
Seeing so many good reviews and finally get to taste this. The pesto is abit different from what I used to have, the pumpkin seeds is more than basil. Wanted to get a bottle for home cook but seems like they sell off very quickly. According to my friend, the banana boat was rather disappointed.
