This time round, I had successfully adjusted the method for Vegan Fried Chicken Patty and my very own Mushroom Pop Bites known as MBP OR u can call it May Pop Bites also in vegan style.
Usually my recipe includes Egg wash and I had substitute the egg wash with a veganise method. Oh yeah!

My recipe is still undergoing some changes due to the herbs and quantity of the ingredients used so watch out this space again and I will come back to you with the vegan method.
Please see the Lingham's chilli sauce that I used that had a closer taste with KFC chilli used without alliums. You can get them in Giant and NTUC.
