Oooh takoyaki! Looks good. What filling do u put inside? I once worked part time in jusco japanese takoyaki stall. It was my first part time job. I worked for a month at jusco selling takoyaki. It's fun to swirl the takoyaki balls but indeed it's a technique to get it right in shape.
