I seldom order cold noodles unless it's the only choice in a japanese restaurant. But this has totally changed my perception about a cold noodles! It is not bland, but the ramen is chewy, and the whole thing is tasty and flavorful! The special minced mushroom stalk or pickled vegetables (brown thing) added so much magic to the noodles. Plus i just love the crunchy seaweed! Sauce is soy sauce based with sesame oil i guess, super good to serve with cold ramen!
