This is super great yummy delicious!! It's called Wakon Egg with truffle on top. Wakon 和魂 is the name of this place, hence this is their signature! Though it was very small portion, I think just one small egg yolk only, but I don't know how they make this, it was just indescribably great! You have to go and try it yourself! I only know we washed the little plate for them.
