They didn't have anything vegan, so the chef whipped this up for me. Western spaghetti cooked in Thai tom yam sauce with asparagus, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms.

This reminds me of Tomyam Spaghetti from Botanical....I kinda miss their food.

Yes it was actually really good. Especially since the chef made it up from whatever vegan ingredients he /she had.
