#RawChefYin visits @mayacafeinhk. Raw Truffle RISOTTO (V, GF, R, P, D) $148 Cauliflower rice with cashew truffle sauce and Portobello This was simply amazing. I totally loved it. I've never really understood why people rave about truffle but now I finally get it. It went tremendously well with this dish. Chef Tina explained that truffles when combined with something creamy, it just raises the dish to the next level. Wonderful, so wonderful.
