Today's Vegan Dish: Orange-glazed Tempeh.

Carrot noodles. Orange-glazed Tempeh. Pink sauerkraut. French beans. Mango Salsa.

Ingredients for Orange-glazed Tempeh:
- freshly squeezed orange juice
- grated ginger
- Roselle, minced
- garlic
- ulam raja
- organic soy sauce (Homebrewed brand)
- organic balsamic vinegar
- Masarang Arenga Forest Sugar syrup
- freshly ground pepper
