Vegetable Curry by #RawChefYin.
My lunch today. Made the curry paste from scratch using fresh red chillies, dried chillies, shallots, galangal, garlic, lemongrass, fresh turmeric root and more. Even the coconut milk was made by blending freshly grated coconut meat and filtered water and then squeezing out the milk. 🌶️🌰
Today I used brinjal, celery, okra, tomatoes, more red chillies for the veggies but you can also use corn, bokchoy, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, capsicum, mushrooms or any other of your favourite vegetables.🥕🌽🍅
