Ashed Cashew Camembert
The one in the cheese fridge seems to be doing better than the one in the cooler box. Of course, I FORGOT to change the ice packs in my cooler box this morning because I was busy writing an email about Gan's Korean eBook.
In my mind I will check on the box 3 times a day:
1. When I wake up
2. Around 4pm
3. Just before I go to sleep
But I haven't really sunk into that routine yet...Must put it on my Google Calendar so I'm reminded.
The mould seems to be growing more compared to my earlier 2 vegan camemberts. This is a different recipe, so maybe I'll stick to this one the next time. We shall see. In the end, it's also the taste that matters ;)
