Remember these? After about two years of absence, these superb vegan products are back in the freezer at Trader Joe's. The package design is the same but I think they've been reformulated. The burrito's beans seem to have better texture and tastier spices, and the red sauce of the enchilada has been reformulated to be on par with anything in a good Mexican restaurant. Recommended cooking directions have been changed too.
Plus they're still ridiculously cheap. The burrito two-pack is $3.29 and the enchiladas are just $1.99.
