Legal Update:
The Superior Court of the District of Columbia rejected Cooke Aquaculture's attempts to dismiss our lawsuit against it for making misleading and deceptive advertising claims about its True North salmon. Our 2019 investigation at Cooke Aquaculture revealed the truth: workers slamming, stomping on and throwing fish, and rampant disease, among other unethical, cruel practices.
