What's this?

Well this is organic corn chips. Did you know that corns are originally deep purple or black in colour. Back then it was not popular. I bought these from a shop at Jaya 33. From the packet it's called:
Gluten Free Tostitos Blue Corn Chips
(Gluten Free and made with Certified Organic Corn)

The size of these were bigger than my palm.

There's a light sweet & salty taste to it, pretty filling to munch by itself or with dips/sauce.

I shared these with my neighbourhood kids & old folks; they were all surprised that it is 1) delicious 2) made of corn . All of them analyzed the chip, curious & it started some conversations.

Who knew that such simple chip would lead to laughter, talks & it certainly opened our minds to things unknown :)

I once visited a Malaysian chips factory, ate the traditional home made chips.. got many types but I dislike tht. it's very oily & can't store for over 2 weeks else got the "weird woody smell".
