Appetizer for my 3-course meal at Berjaya Times Square Hotel, complements of Berjaya's management team. The potatoes are very chewy like mochi, served with fragrant pesto sauce and sprinkles of Parmesan cheese and nuts. Very tiny bite-sized pieces that leave you craving for more.

Oh, why the potatoes are chewy like mochi? The orange colored sauce is what sauce?

I forgot to look at the menu description in detail 'cause we were busy chatting haha... I just saw the words "basil" and ordered it, then got this nice chewy thingy.
