分享素油葱省油做法
包菜切丝,在热祸干炒至没水份,本来一锅包菜丝会缩一半,加入油,炸至金黄色,起锅在吸油纸晾干收罐。
剩下的油还有包菜丝的渣,直接加入一包cili boh,用糖,盐,酱青,调味料,素马来煎调味,爆成虾面辣椒,待冷却,收瓶。
