Kong Pao mock meat. I'll never have any high hopes on Hotel vegetarian food anymore Hahahaha everything tasted almost the same. Sweet and mock meaty!

They use mock meat for kong pou too? Something like lion's mane mushroom would be nice

It seems like they just replace the meat with mock meat and call it 'vegetarian' 😀
