I love Korean Japchae but this one is lacking of something...definitely NOT LACKING MEAT. hahaha.

The glass noodles wasn't what I expected it to be. hahaha but I was really happy to have this again, with loads of spinach and carrots in it! :D

Maybe the taste wasn't strong enough, have to add Soju...*hiccups*
