Rosemary Beet Crunch. Guess the special ingredient!!

Haha, the feeling of creating new recipes. Fusion the penguin way. This one seems suitable for CNY, so Ang. hahaha

The main ingredients are Beets, Dried Rosemary, Fu Chok, Leek, "Garlic scapes", DaoGan, crunchy Sunflower Seeds, Buckwheat and seasoned with Doubanjiang. Garnished with Flax Seeds & Raw Sesame Seeds.

So, what's the special ingredient? :D

Nutrition FunFacts:
Beet leaves are high in Iron and vitamin C, NOT beetroot(high in Folate). :D

No hahaha more like a dish to complement staples. It's savoury. If you don't eat rice, can have it with raw greens like iceberg or butterhead lettuce. That's why I put sunflower seeds and buckwheat because I have a low preference towards rice hahaha
