簡易純素餐，
給不是長素但常吃素的老寶
準備老寶接受的傳統味，用蔬菜替代肉就OK
藥膳素菇茶
芋頭雜糧飯
滷豆乾
花生梅菜（那天煮多，分開打冰收著
油炸鬼（也是那天做了分批打冰，用時再回steam）
我不會去強求他人和我一樣吃素
更不喜歡勉強，尤其是長輩
我只會做一些他們接受的素食
讓他們去嘗試，常吃
畢竟，吃素也得講緣份（我是這樣認為）
