有蔥，眼淺者慎入🤗
越煮越隨意，越煮越合他意
因為有他喜歡的洋蔥和極少的香料
撇除洋蔥不談，我比較喜歡這樣的西式一鍋燜
可以加入不一樣的蔬菜，極少的油，再燜煮入味😄
完全很輕鬆和隨意，絕對適合我的人來瘋個性
一鍋燜，裡面有先炒熟透明的洋蔥（這個步驟很重要）薑片，月桂葉，乾燥百里香，黑胡椒，辣椒，甜椒，包菜，白色菜花，西芹，多多的番茄，有機蕃茄醬，自製的香菇丸子，少許鹽巴
蒸紫梅糙米（紫梅+胚芽糙米+yellow split peas）
