今早吃香蕉可可燕麥粥
含有的濃郁,振奮心情的香氣
是給自己的天然藥劑
1)純素豌豆燕麥奶+黑rolled oat+可可粉
小火加熱拌均勻,熄火燜15min完全軟化
2)大香蕉分2,一份搗爛加入燜軟的可可燕麥粥裡拌均勻(天然甜味劑)。另一份切片擺設
3)可可香蕉燕麥粥放入碗內,擺上香蕉,車厘子,藍莓,自製堅果種子脆片,黑可可片,橄欖油
