Learn to make your own chocolate- step by step, from the tempering to the moulding, while making ganache from starch with fruits and nuts.
We will use premium chocolate from both Malaysia and Venezuela
You don’t need previous knowledge to create your own perfect chocolate praline.
Suitable for vegetarians. Vegan workshops are available upon request.

A praline is a delicate chocolate shell with a creamy filing. At this workshop, you will learn how to make both the shell and the filling from scratch!

1. Temper of the chocolate
2. Make the fillings from starch (Ganache)
3. Moulding of pralines
