Nothing beats the taste of home~

Chinese turnip with yam roll, known as 'Guang Jiang' in dialect Teo Chew is a traditionally vegan dish we must have back home especially during Chinese New Year.

It can be found in very few restaurants but still, grandma makes the best Guang Jiang. I am going to learn making it this weekend, stay tune for the outcome! :D
