A must-order at most 'tai chow' restaurants (casual Malaysian Chinese eateries) is Marmite Chicken - crispy fried chicken tossed in a sticky, sweet, salty gravy containing a hint of Marmite.

My version, using the juicy Eryngii (King Oyster) Mushroom, will remind you that no matter what main ingredient you feature, the sauce is bawse.
