A beautiful gift from my friend @alenamurang: Beras Adan, an heirloom grain from her ‘kampung’ (home village) of Long Peluan.

This rice has been lovingly harvested by hand as her village has done for generations. Alena is part Kelabit, an indigenous tribe from Borneo. Being her friend is teaching me so much about what it means to be at one with the land.
