Soba Salad made this morning and packed for lunch! Including tomatoes from the supermarket clearance corner, a failed beetroot chip experiment and a banana that was opened way too early, got chucked in the fridge and never got ripe, so I peeled and fried it instead.
For breakfast I realized that some homemade soymilk was turning thick and sour, so I blended it into a soygurt smoothie with mango. Working as a waitress to support my college days, I’ve been scarred from seeing how much food could get thrown out in just one day from just one restaurant. So I try and make good whenever I can!
