I was browsing through the net trying to find new flavour ideas for my kombucha, when I came across a suggestion of a kombucha float... booch served together with ice cream.

My first reaction was Um Gross. One is tangy and fizzy, the other is creamy and rich. How could that possibly go well together? Actually... could it? I had both at home. I needed to try this.

I poured myself a glass of booch and on top of it laid 2 small scoops of my homemade coconut ice cream. I took a sip. My brows hit my hairline. Hotdamn. Deezsheedeezgüd. It tastes very much like an ice cream soda. Just infinitely better.
