One of our last food preps before lockdown. We had only been doing it for a couple of weeks and were getting into the groove of setting aside time and taking turns and helping each other out when needed. These days we have so much time to make food every day, that the containers we bought for this project are now just bumming around. But when the Covid wave passes and the hustle resumes, we know we’ll be ready! This was bean chili over potatoes and blanched veggies on the side.
