My vegetarian nasi lemak from Eco life kitchen. Love this place. I feel like ordering everything on the menu hahaha.
Brown rice , sambal petai , brinjal , tempeh , cucumber , fried enoki mushrooms , peanuts and tomato. Their rice is made out of coconut oil instead of santan so it's a healthier #kindmeal #digiletsinpire #meatfree #ecolifekitchen

This Nasi Lemak is excellent. The rice is infused with pandan and coconut oil replacing the conventional santan, and the curry, sambal and pumpkin dishes are rich in flavor with just the right blend of spiciness and taste. Must try!
