My favorite cooking style of lady's fingers! Usually my mum tops it with crispy fragrant fried garlic, this time was with raw garlic. The garlic kick was much stronger, like that of eating Korean BBQ or Bakuteh. Lightly dribbled with soy sauce and sprinkles of cili padi, this vegetable dish oozed with tastiness, freshness and spiciness!

Raw garlic....!? Kasihan your gf or wife, hihihi....! I remember, my hausemate she eat raw garlic, 3 days 3 night in the car still got the €~€~€~~ smell...as I don't know how to express my feeling!
