All-new Hakka Fried "Meat"! Fragrantly marinated with spices, and crispily fried. Best thing is they use lion's mane mushroom, instead of the mock meat used for this dish at most restaurants. Must try!

Yup, not bad, has the flavor. Though my favoritest dish is their salted egg mushroom, must try!! 😍
