Fried mushroom stems with pumpkin floss and basil. Very addictive dish, with the crispy basil leaves adding a nice touch of fragrance. Quite dry though, best to accompany other dishes with sauce or you'll be coughing out mouthfuls of orange dust.

This sounds delicious! I wonder how pumpkin floss tastes like... I want to cough out orange dust hehe!

Hahaha... it tastes very similar to the chicken floss, except that it is slightly crispier and finer! I have some at home too hehe, good for going with bread and butter!
