A traditional Chinaman breakfast. Oil-Fried Ghost (油炸鬼), with a hot bowl of fresh soya milk. Would have preferred porridge to accompany the crispy Ghosts but it wasn't ready due to early hours.

I read an article online said 'you zhar kuey' is good to pair with soya. It's good for the health apparently, so you must drink soya after eat 'you zhar kuey' ^^
