My mum's delicious signature Kurma! Lots of juicy Bentong taufu pok soaked in thick tasty Kurma gravy, paired with potatoes and big soft onions that melt in the mouth. The steamed lady's fingers and ice-cold cucumbers supplement the dish with a refreshing touch, with cili padi spicing up the Kurma with just the right kick. The gravy goes perfectly with roti canai and bread too!
