Ordered vitality bowl, egg benedict with mushroom and jaimaca blue frappes. Vitality bowl→ quinoa, minted peas, creamy sundried tomatoes, feta, alfalfa and cherry tomatoes with a boiled egg. Also take away carrot cake for tea time. I like the crunchy feel of it.
The food was just normal... 1 star lost due to we really waited for too long, only 2 tables of customers but they took about 40 mins to serve us... Another star lost would be it has too limited types of vegetarian foods...
Ordered Enrichment Bowl, enjoyed it very much, looking forward to dining at Jamaica Blue again. The salad was tasty, hearty and nutritious, packed with vege, beans, pumpkin, seeds, a whole boiled egg, tangy tahini sauce. Lots of delicious vegetarian stuff on menu that I would like to try later.
I had the cappuccino and it was really good. No sugar needed. I also had the scone which was tasteless without the butter and jam. Lemon curd slice was just okay... nothing special. So overall, I only recommend getting the coffee (Signature blend) :)
I had the Breakfast Potato Hash With Mushroom & Tomato and the hot chocolate (small) yesterday. The meal was surprisingly filling and I enjoyed the hot chocolate which was steaming hot, chocolate-y and not too milky. It was not sweet as well so I had a good healthy and delicious meal. Service was superb - another reason to go on a weekday despite of the school holidays. Will definitely visit again and try other healthy items in the menu:-)
Quinoa with almond, spinach and chickpeas and a mango and lychee smoothie at #JamaicaBlue. Thanks for veganising my meal for me and remembering my instructions for #noplasticstraw, #JamaicaBlue! #kindmeal
