Delicate starter: tofu ball with cheesy filling and a small piece of sushi. After this lovely starter, there was corn soup, and ... they began serving mock meat: 'fish', 'prawns' and 'chicken'!

Actually one of the dishes I enjoy the most is always the first starter dish! What sushi is this btw?
